30-Day Returns
We want you to love every product you receive from Productively Cozy. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@productivelycozy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@productivelycozy.com. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
