Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026. This policy covers the Productively Cozy mobile app and the productivelycozy.com website. In short: your journal lives on your device, we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.
The Productively Cozy app
Your journal stays on your device. The food journal (meals, water, movement, calories, and your streak) is stored locally on your phone. We do not upload it, see it, or collect it. The v1 app has no account and no login.
The AI features. When you use the Explore concierge or write a daily reflection, the text you type is sent to our servers and to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate a warm, helpful response in that moment. We do not store that text, and it is not linked to your identity.
What the app does not do. No accounts, no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, no location tracking, and no access to your health data. We do not sell or share your information with data brokers.
The website (productivelycozy.com)
Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is stored by our email provider (Beehiiv) so we can send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Purchases and membership. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If you create a web Cozy Club account, your email and the journal entries you choose to save are stored securely (via Supabase) so your companion can remember you across visits.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, and you can ask us to delete any information we hold about you. To make a request or ask a question, email info@productivelycozy.com.
Children
Productively Cozy is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app or website means you accept the current policy.
