Terms of use
Effective September 24, 2026. These terms cover productivelycozy.com, our emails, the Productively Cozy app and the Cozy Club membership.
Using Productively Cozy
You can read, sign up and use our free content for your own personal use. Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or copy our content to republish as your own.
Emails
If you sign up for the Blueprint, newsletter or a challenge, we will email you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
The Cozy Club membership
Billing. The Cozy Club is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown when you join. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from the members area (Manage membership). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds. If you were charged by mistake or something did not work, email info@productivelycozy.com and we will make it right.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it. Access pauses if the payment cannot be collected.
The journaling companion is not therapy
The companion is an AI writing partner for reflection. It is not medical, psychological or crisis support and does not replace a professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or, in the US, call or text 988.
Your content
What you write is yours. We store it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and we never sell it or use it to train AI models.
The shop
The shop is not taking orders yet. Terms for purchases, shipping and returns will be published before it opens.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will update the date above, and for members we will email about any change that affects billing. Questions: info@productivelycozy.com.
